Retail Units – Barry Island

THE PROJECT

Cardon Property & Construction was appointed on the construction of a new Costa Coffee and Burger King, both including a drive-thru’ at Barry Island. The works comprise two new steel framed buildings on ground beams and piled foundations.

Works include:

• Externally cladding for both structures with a mixture of insulated cladding including insulated roof cladding
• Brickwork
• Rendering
• Installation of the aluminum glazed shop frontage and drive-through booths.
• Provision for the utilities to each unit
• Tailoring of the existing car park suitable for both Burger Kind and Costa
• Drainage
• Lighting
• Level alterations
• Construction of retaining walls
• Paved external seating areas
