THE PROJECT

In 2019 Cardon Property & Construction was appointed as Principal Contractor for the new build and fit-out of an old retail unit turning it into a leading supermarket in Greater London.

Works include:

• Demolition/ strip-out of an existing retail unit.
• Construction of a tower to the North elevation including cladding of the building.
• Overlaying of the roof.
• New shopfront.
• Loading bay.
• Internal walls.
• Upgrade of the entire car park.
• New lighting.
• New drainage.
• New landscaping.
• Construction of a retaining wall.
