THE PROJECT

In 2019 Cardon Property & Construction was appointed as Principal Contractor for the refurbishment of an existing Store with the construction of an extension to provide warehouse and welfare space, for a leading supermarket in Greater Manchester.

Works include:

• Strip out of existing store
• Reconfiguration of shop floor
• Spine and block walls
• Suspended ceiling
• Block paving, render & external works
• New loading bay retaining wall
