Barrington Road – Apartment Conversion Scheme

THE PROJECT

Cardon Construction was appointed on a residential conversion scheme at Barrington Road in Altrincham. The project involves transforming an existing surgery into 8 luxury, 1-bedroom apartments as part of a 26-week programme.

Works include:

• Demolition and strip out of the building back to a shell.
• Adding new structural floors and beams.
• Built new internal partitions and ceilings to transform the building use into apartments.
• Carried out full Mechanical and Electrical fit-out works including, external & emergency lighting, fire alarm installation, rewriting, and inspection and testing.
• Incoming Utilities.
• External works to the exterior and landscaping.
• Construct a newly built side extension.
• Roof Works.
• Re-pointing of external brickwork, ensuring the bricks match the current style of the building.
• New internal fit-out including bed decks.
