Cardon Construction starts work on Marina Quay
Multi-award-winning contractor Cardon Property & Construction has started internal refurbishment works on two available units at Marina Quay Shopping Park.
Cardon Property & Construction have worked on numerous projects across the UK including England’s first hydrogen bus refuelling facility and as the Principal Contractor, they will be carrying out structural works to the units including new calls, installation of new stop fronts, and energy installations.
The two units will be occupied by Pepe’s Chicken and another unconfirmed popular takeaway which will join other big named stores such as B&M, Aldi, and The Range.
John Carrig, Managing Director of Cardon Property & Construction said “It is great to see more units taken on this shopping park and the two new additions will really add a boost to the site. Cardon has a vast amount of experience in retail fit-outs, and we are delighted to be involved in this refurbishment project.”
The refurbishment works are set to last for 6 weeks with a project value of circa £200k.
